Just wanted you to know that one of your recipes in your little book is missing a main ingredient. My wife always makes her cakes from scratch and wanted to try the Choco Dolce. She was all done mixing when she realized something was missing. FLOUR! After checking the recipe on line she saw that it did indeed require three cups of flour. I can just imagine what a disaster that could have turned into. The cake is in the oven and we will e-mail you later on the results.  Hopefully no one tried to cook it without the flour!  Thank You,
